JAN was founded by an experienced Montreal entrepreneur with a portfolio of 300+ units across NDG, Côte-des-Neiges, Verdun, and Saint-Henri. After more than ten years navigating the Montreal rental market firsthand — the TAL, the tenant relationships, the contractors, the seasonal cycles — we built JAN to give other owners access to that same depth of experience.
